Shipping:

 

Domestic Shipping to the United States: All shipping stateside is via UPS ground. We charge a flat shipping rate of $43. When UPS picks up your DRO package from our warehouse (usually towards the end of the day), UPS automatically emails a tracking number to DRO PROS and yourself. If for some reason you didn't receive a tracking number, please call us and we'll be happy to provide you the tracking number we received. We cover insurance against any potential shipping damages, so no hidden fees here!

Domestic Shipping to a Post Office Box: If your destination address is a Post Office or PO Box, we must ship via United States Postal Service as UPS will not deliver to a PO Box. The only method of shipping via USPS available to us is Parcel Post, which is also $43. Please be aware Parcel Post does not generate a tracking number like UPS (This is one of the main reasons we use UPS). DRO PROS highly recommends UPS for all digital readout kits. DRO PROS will not be held liable for delays caused by the Post Office. We know it's slow. That's why we recommend UPS!

 

International Shipping to Canada: All of our DRO shipping is done via UPS. We charge a flat fee of $80.

 

International Shipping elsewhere: All of our DRO shipping is done via the United States Postal Service via a flat rate of $140.

 

 

 

Repairs:

All repairs are handled directly by DRO PROS. Simply return the defective product to us and we will either repair, replace or refund the original cost of the item at our discretion. Items that are damaged by improper installation or misuse are not eligible for repair / warranty. Replacement, repair or refund of warranted items is at the sole discretion of DRO PROS. Shipping costs are shared, you pay shipping to us and we pay shipping back to you.

 

Please do the following if you need to return an item for repair:

 

1. Pack everything with as much protection as best you can.

2. "Double boxing" is recommended.

3. Place a copy of your receipt inside the box with a brief explanation of whom you spoke to, and what is wrong with the item.

4. Send it back to us at the following address:

5. An "RMA" or Return Merchandise Authorization number is not required, but please do remember to enclose a copy of your receipt. It makes the repair process easier for us and hence quicker for you.

 

 

 

Exchanges:

If you need to exchange a digital readout scale or display, simply return the part back to us and as soon as we receive it, we'll send the correct size part out to you. Over-sized scales (scales larger than 800mm) are not eligible for exchange. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Scales must be returned in original, unused, new condition, in original, unmarked, undamaged boxes and all original packaging materials. Please do not send scales back in their original, unprotected boxes before double boxing them. Again, please make sure and double box all returned items. Returned items that are not double boxed cannot be returned for exchange. Whichever carrier you choose, we highly recommend purchasing insurance.

 

Please do the following if you need to return a scale in exchange for another size scale:

 

1. Put everything back in the original scale boxes as best you can.

2. Please rubber band the scale box closed - Please do not tape the box closed or write on the box.

3. Place the original scale box inside of your larger shipping box.

4. Place a copy of your receipt with a brief explanation of what you would like us to do inside the box. Something like "Talked to Bill and need to exchange this 300mm scale for a 250 because this scale is too long" would be perfect.

All exchanged digital readout scales are subject to a $20 restock fee. This may be waived based on what condition we receive the scale, please see the above "Please do the following..." for guidance on how best to avoid the $20 charge.

 

 

 

Returns:

 

Phone & Website Sales: Phone & Website sales all carry a 14 day Money Back Guarantee.

Machine Sales: Machines must be thoroughly inspected when they are received by the customer. Any and all damage, no matter how small, must be annotated on the Bill Of Lading (BOL), before you sign the release. Signing the BOL indicates you accept the machine as is, so please, take the time to inspect it thoroughly. Remember, once you accept it, you own it. Machines are not eligible for return unless previously authorized by DRO PROS.

Returned Machines (if previously approved by DRO PROS) are subject to a 20% restock fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Machines must be returned in the same condition as they were received. The customer is responsible for any and all return shipping charges.

eBay Sales: Carry a 7 day Money Back Guarantee. All merchandise must be returned in original, unused, new condition, in original, unmarked, undamaged boxes and original packaging materials.

Over-sized scales (scales larger than 800mm) are not eligible for return. All returns must include all original, undamaged, unmarked packing and boxing materials, warranty cards, manuals etc. Please make sure and double box all returned items. Returned digital readout items that are not double boxed cannot be returned for credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. All returned items are subject to a 20% restock fee, not including shipping charges, which are not refundable. We charge this restock fee to encourage customers to purchase products they intend to keep and to protect our already low prices.

Shipping Damage:

 

Although the DRO PROS shipping team prides itself on their excellent packaging skills, sometimes packages do get damaged during the shipping process. DRO PROS insures all packages against damage, so there is no need for customers to pay for shipping insurance. In the unlikely event this was to happen, please notify DRO PROS immediately and make sure to keep all packaging materials. If possible, pictures of the damaged items/boxes are greatly appreciated as they assist us immensely during the claims process. Please inspect all items immediately upon delivery. Please do not delay reporting shipping damage as shipping claim insurance has very short, and strict, time limits. Once the digital readout items are returned to DRO PROS, the damaged items will be replaced. DRO PROS will refund and/or pay for same class shipping as in the original order for both the return and outgoing packages.

 

 

 

Privacy:

 

DRO PROS maintains strict control over any and all customer data. DRO PROS does not sell, rent, share, or disclose any part of our customer data to any outside agency. All information is utilized solely by DRO PROS for normal ordering and purchase activities.

Some digital readout resellers don't even publish a phone number!
